“Rebel Yell 10 has that dark amber appearance that an older bourbon should have. A true wheated bourbon that has been sourced. It has that caramel, sweet vanilla toffee on the nose. The first taste that you get is that same sweet caramel and vanilla toffee that lingers on the tongue, quickly rounding the corner with notes of oak. Leather on the rear of the palate.
The finish has leather notes that mingle with baking spices, cloves, and a little spicy cinnamon. This is a great bourbon that I suggest pouring neat and enjoying slowly.
